I finally figured out what works.
Here’s the story: I tried everything out there, just like you. I felt the power of gravity wrapping me up as I got older. Fat gripped around my body with a death hold – especially around my thighs and hips.
I was all jiggly and I wanted to feel toned. And healthy.
And then one day, I decided to just do a few simple exercises each day that only lasted up to around 25 minutes, and to incorporate a few well-balanced meals a day.
The results just after 30 days were incredible. My booty was firm…and perky! My abs were shining through. I felt great.
The one thing I found was crucial was to keep a consistent, simple routine with plenty of exercises that targeted my lower body.
I found that keeping it simple and consistent with tracking were the key components to results to building a booty and burning the fat off. And that’s why I’ve worked really hard to create the complete system that I’ve named Booty Blast 535.
I began dong the workouts with my friends and putting on classes – and they all felt the same experience as me!
